"Due to the strictly limited nature of the Private Genesis Edition — Batch 01 — restricted to 30 units worldwide, all allocations are considered final, subject only to the conditions outlined below."

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are exclusively accepted for products that remain unopened, unused, and in their pristine original condition, including all seals and specialized packaging. To preserve the integrity of the Batch 01 series, requests must be submitted within 7 days from the recorded delivery date provided by the carrier.

Return Authorization

All return requests require formal approval by Daovier prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the client. The client assumes full responsibility for the return shipment, including loss or damage in transit. The use of a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.

Inspection & Validation

Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Daovier reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated conditions or shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following validation of the item's condition.
